Daling is located in Yanqing County, which is about 60 kilometers northwest of

Daling consists of the main wall and several subordinate walls. In 1991 the Great Wall at Ba
Daling, as a representative of the Chinese “Great Wall”, was listed in the "World Heritage Certificate" by the United States. - Ming Tombs: The Ming Tombs were opened to the public in 1959. The Ming Tombs, which form a group of mausoleums, are those of 13 emperors in the Ming Dynasty (1368~1644).. The Ming Tombs are characterized by its large size, complete system, and intact preservation. Among the mausoleums, the largest is the Chang Mausoleum while the smallest is the Si Mausoleum, but all of them were built in roughly the same way. You will have the opportunity to visit the Chang Mausoleum. - Sacred Way: Sacred Way is an attractive tree-lined way leading to the Ming Tombs. It is bordered by 12 sets of animal and human statues, and includes the attractive Great Red Gate.
