D1: Arrival Kunming

Arrive at Kunming airport, pick up and transfer to hotel for rest.

D2: Excursion to Stone Forest(Yi people area) B/L/D

After breakfast, drive 90km/1.5hrs to visit Stone Forest, a typical karst formation formed 270 million years ago, the Stone Forest covers an area of more than three hundred square kilometers.

D3: Kunming – Pu’er(Simao) by flight B/L/D

Transfer to airport to fly to Pu’er(Simao), visit China Pu\'er Tea Expo Garden (thousand acre tea garden), ancient tea horse post Keli Village.

D4: Pu’er – Jinghong(Dai people area) B/L/D

Drive 160KM/2hrs to Jinghong, visit Menghai Dayi Tea Institude, Nannuo Mountain tea Garden.

Today visit China largest tropical botanic garden, Dai people\'s village, taste tea, in the evening enjoy local Dai Show Mengbalanaxi.

D6: Jinghong – Dali(Bai people area) by flight B/L/D

Take morning flight to Dali, visit Three Pagodas in Chongsheng Monastery, then stroll in Dali Old Town.

Today visit Weishan Old Town, Donlianhua Village Tea Horse Old Post.

D8: Dali - Shaxi B/L/D

After breakfast, visit Xizhou morning market, Zhoucheng Bai Village, then drive 120KM/2 hours to Shaxi, visit Tea Horse Road Bridge, Old Post.

D9: Shaxi – Lijiang(Naxi people area) B/L/D

Visit Shibao Mountain Grottoes, drive 120KM/2 hours to and stroll in Lijiang Old touwn, which is on the World Culture Heritage of UNESCO.

Visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Baisha village Mural, Suhe Old Village, Suhe tea Horse Museum.

D11: Lijiang – Shangri-la via Tiger Leaping Gorge B/L/D

Drive 100KM/1.5 hours to visit Tiger Leaping Gorge, Stone Drum Town. After lunch, drive another 100KM/1.5 hours to Shangri-la(Tibetan People area).

D12: Shangri-la B/L/D

Today visit Songzanlin Monastery, Dukezhong Tea Horse Old Town, Pudacuo National Park.

D13: Shangri-la – Deqin B/L/D

Drive 180KM/3 hours to Deqin, on the way visit Napahai Natural Reserves, Nixi earthenware village, First bend of Yangtze River, Donzhulin Monastery, crossing Baimang Snow Mountain and enjoy the sun set.

D14: Deqin – Yanjing – Zhuka B/L/D

Enjoy the sunrise over Meili Snow Mt. at your hotel. After breakfast, drive 120km/2.5 hours to Yanjing, the border of Yunnan and Tibet, where you\'ll visit Salt Wells and the morden salt hand-made salt field, the only Catholic church in Tibet. Drive on to Chamdo, enjoy the glacier, snow mountain, grassland, valley scenery all the way, you will overnight at a little town named Zhuka which is loacted by Lancang River(upper Mekong).

D15: Zhuka - Baxoi B/L/D

Drive along Lancang River, cross Bangda Meadow, Dongdala Snow Mt.(5008m) and Yala Mt. Pass(4618m), you will finally reached Baxoi county.

D16: Baxoi - Rawu B/L/D

Today we will drive to Laigu, the most beautiful village in Tibet. You can hike about 1.5hrs to Laigu Glacier observation deck (optional riding horse). Then drive on to Rawu Lake. Rawu means green water, it is a lake surrounded by forest and snow mountain.

D17: Rawu – Bomi B/L/D

Drive 130km/3 hours to Bomi, enjoy valley scenery en route, hike 1.5hrs (optional riding horse) on Midui Glacier.

D18: Bomi – Nyingchi – Basum Lake B/L/D

Drive 230km/4 hours to Nyingchi, heaven on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, visit Lulang Forest, Nyang River, Xiuba Ancient Castle with more than 1000 years\' history. Finally we will stop at Basum Lake, enjoy the sunset over the lake.

D19: Basum Lake - Lhasa B/L/D

Drive 360km/6 hours to Lhasa via Mila Mt. Pass (5020m) and Lhasa Lake.
