Day 2 Early flight to Dali . Horse riding from the new town -- Xiaguang to Zhonghe temple on Cangshan mountain , trekking on the mountain road named JADE ROAD about 15 km. taking the cable car down from the mountain to the old town Dali . Night in Golden Flower hotel ** in old town .　

Day 3 Road from Dali to Binchuang --Jizhu mountain ( 73 km.) , the famous Buddhism monastery in Yunnan . Visit Shaping market ( Monday ) on the way . Check in the guest house in Zhusheng temple .　

Day 4 Cable car to the top of Jizhu mountain --Jinding , after visiting the temple , walk down from the top to the foot of mountain along the mountain road ( 3 or 4 hours walk for the local people ) . Bus back to Dali . Night in Golden flower hotel .　

Day 5 Road to Lijiang from Dali . Visit the stone grottoes in Shibaoshan , which is called the number 5 grottoes in China . Check in Yuquan nationality hotel ** .　

Day 6 Lijiang area     Visit Black dragon pool , Suhe Naxi village , Yufeng monastery and Naxi music by Xuanke in the evening .　

Day 7 Road from Lijiang to Qiaotou --80 km. -- , trekking from Upper tiger leaping gorge , medial gorge to Bendiwan Bend -- 18 km. -- walk . Night in the  village in Bend .　

Day 8 Trekking from Bendiwan Bend to Hetaoyuan , to Heika village -- 15 km. -- . Night in the guest house in Heika village .　

Day 9 Trekking from Heika to Haba mountain --18 km. -- . Night in Haba guest house .　

Day 10 Trekking from Haba to Baishuitai ( the white rocket full of water flowing down along the hill , it looks like the terrace . That`s one of the most famous scenaries in Shangrila ) --18 km. -- . Night in Baishuitai .　

Day 11 Road from Baishuitai to Luoji town , the Tibetan area in high altitude ( above 3,000 m. in the average ) . Have a half day rest , adjusting the body for the altitude . Night in the local Goverment guest house .

Day 12 Trekking from Luoji to Hongxing village -- 20 km. -- . Night in tent .　

Day 13 Trekking from Hongxing to Niru village -- 20 km. -- . Night in village .　

Day 14 Trekking from Niru to Shudu Lake -- 20 km. -- . Bus to Shangrila . Check in the hotel *** .

Day 15 Shangrila area  Visit Guihua Lamaism monastery , Lake Napa and Tibetan family .　

Day 16 Take early flight to Kunming , Leaving Kunming after lunch .
