A Brief Introduction: The Changsha CITS is the earliest international travel agency of Changsha approved by China National Tourism Administration. It has under it an international travel-marketing center, an inbound tour center, an outbound tour center, a planning and regulating center and a ticket service center. Staffed with a group of high-quality and experienced interpreters and guides in English, Japanese, German, French, Russian and Korean, the Changsha CITS was among the top 200 travel agencies in China in 1993. It was recommended as "an agency with quality guarantee" to the Taiwan market, and again in 1995 as an agency "valuing its reputation" in the overseas market by the Hunan Provincial Tourism Administration. In 1996, it was elected the "unit deserving consumer trust" by the Changsha Municipal Administration for industry and Commerce and the Changsha Municipal Consumers Committee.
