Brief Introduction:
Xi'an Restaurant was set up in 1929, and is well known for its authentic Shaanxi dishes. It has already received many Party and State leaders and patriotic generals such as Zhou Enlai, Ye Jianying, Zhang Xueliang and Yang Hucheng, etc. It was enlarged in scale in the 1970's under the amiable concern of premier Zhou.
