The
Hangzhou River National Holiday Resort was built in 1992 with the approval of the State Council. The part completed and put into operation includes the Song City, the Future World, the West Lake Country Golf Club and other attractions, and it has become very popular among local people as well as visitors.
The Hangzhou River National Holiday Resort is located in the southwest of Hangzhou city, joined by the West Lake only 8 km away to its east and 10 km away from the downtown. It is adjacent to the sightseeing tour route of "Fuchun downtown. It is adjacent to the sightseeing tour route of "Fuchun River, Xin'an River and Thousand-Island Lake" in the west and near the Qiantang River, covering an area of 9.88 sq. km the holiday resort has now the Song City, the Future World, the West Lake Country Golf Club and other theme attractions, along with holiday facilities such as the Dream Lake Villa.
