Eight kilometers away from the West Lake and with in the Hangzhou River National Holiday Resort, the Song City is the largest theme park demonstrating the culture of the Song Dynasty. It is composed of the zone patterned after the Picture of the Riverbank Trip on the Day of Pure Brightness, Square of Nine Dragons, Fairyland Zone, Southern Song Palace Zone, and the Southern Song Life Zone (to be constructed). The busy and prosperous scenes of the two capitals of the Song Dynasty, Bianliang and Lin'an is reproduced here in the city, with their palaces, post stations, stores, workshops, marketplaces, bridges, city towers, suburbs, and folk shows in the streets.
