Covering an area of 3,700 square meters, the Pengying Temple is the only Kun Taoist Temple in the Northeast. In the yard, there is a three-floor hall in worship of Sanqing, Guandi and Qizhen. There are also three Gates in worship of Wanglingguan. The garden and grassland in front of the Gated make the temple more complete and coherent. It was built after the Xieshan Style in Ming and Qing dynasties. The carved beams and painted rafters make it grand and magnificent; and the walls with carved murals make it primitive and unsophisticated. It is quiet inside, the smoke is curling upwards and the sutras are read aloud. It's really the best place to visit and to worship.
