Located in Xiqing Yangliuqing, an ancient town with a history of some 1,000 years and the home of New Year pictures, Shi Family Mansion is the former residence of Shi family, one of the eight eminent families in Tianjin in the Qing Dynasty. Covering an area of 6,080 square meters, it is composed of four courtyards. The buildings have the smack of something classical in their design and conception and their brick, wood and stone carvings are particularly unique. It has been turned into the Yangliuqing Folk Museum.
