
The ancient cultural street of Shuyuanmen is situated in the south of the old district of the city. 106 meters or so away from the south circumvallation of the Ming Dynasty, its total length is 570 meters. Shuyuanmen is famous for situating Guanzhongshuyuan, the biggest institute of the Ming Dynasty in Shaanxi. Most of the constructions in the whole street of Shuyuanmen have walls built with blue bricks, doors and windows built with grilles, and sloping roofs. Full of firms and integrating all functions of culture, tourism and commerce, this street is well-off, tidy and of a neat touch.
