The Taibai National forest Garden is situated on the main peak of the Qin Mountains-which is inside the Mei County on the northern slope of Mount Taibai. Its total coverage is 2,949 hektares which is divided into 8 scenic areas, having 137 various scenic spots. The garden is the Chinese forest garden of the highest altitude currently. It has typical community of life, and forest strips of scenic sights distributed vertically from down to up. There are more than 1,550 kinds of high plants, more than 300 moss plants, more than 260 kinds of wild birds and animals like spun gold monkeys, Oryx oxen, cloud leopards, Hongjiaofu pheasants, giant salamanders and etc. Reputed as "natural geologic museum", the garden has many kinds of natural relieves of peculiarly grand scenic sights. In addition, its hot spring resource is advantaged.
