Situated in the Xuanchuan County in the Shaanxi Province, the Huanghe Hukou Waterfall was listed in the 2nd group of major national scenic spots by the State Council in 1988. The Huanghe River runs through the Qin Jin Grand Canyon on the northwest Huangtu antiplano like a big flying dragon, and the river water which is almost 400 meters wide when it's passing Huokou is bundled suddenly and forms the very large-scale groups of horse foot waterfalls. The main waterfall, the biggest one of Huanghe, is 40 meters wide, falling for more than 30 meters, and is the second biggest waterfall in our country only smaller than the Huangguoshu Waterfall in Guizhou.
