The were the imperial palace (now the Dizhigong base), the State Council, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Security, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of the People's Livelihood, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Comprehensive Legal Office.
