This is a famous memorial place of the liberation war and the most complete local garden in northeast China. Built in 1917 and located in Changsheng Street of Shuangcheng City, the Memorial Hall is divided into two courtyards in the south and north. From October 1946 to October 1948, the battlefield command of the united northeast democratic army was set up here. Noted generals such as Linbiao, Luo Ronghuan and Liu Yalou had worked here and directed the Liaosheng Campaign, which laid a solid foundation for the liberation of northeast China and further victory nationwide.
