
Situated at the northeast corner of the Martyrs' Park, the village is a tourist area combining folk arts, folk customs and folk architecture of the five ethnical minorities in Hunan Province. It covers an area of about 40,000 square meters and five villages of the Tujia, the Dong, the Miao, the Bai and the Yao minorities. In these villages, traditional foods of the minority groups are provided for tourists, such as the Yao's minced rice and meat, bean balls, the Tujia's chicken with palm leaves, the Dong's chicken cooked in bamboo tube and the Miao's bamboo plate fish.
