
The tomb of General Cai E is a round grave of granite on which a square tomb tablet is set. On the front-face of the tablet, a bronze plate is inlaid on which a record of the general is inscribed. It is built with railings on all sides and on the railings were engraved inscriptions dedicated to the general by the governors and military superintendents of Hunan, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Guangdong, Guizhou, Rehe and Chahar, the grave is surrounded by a wall and there is a stone fence outside. It is one of the largest tombs in the Yuelu Mountain.
