The plantation is situated in the southern Tianjiling Mountain Ridge along a strip of hills. Inside there is a watery area, and it is divided into 10 areas such as the area of classified plants, rare and nearly extinctive species of plants, appreciative plants and admiration plants, involving more than 1100 kinds of forest plants and more than 1800 kinds of flowers and fruit trees. There are 78 species of rare and near-extinct plants such as dove trees, Manchurian catalpa, gold larch, cathaya argy rophylla, red man glietia, Chinese tulip trees, and more than 600 kinds of medicinal plants. A total of 15 special orchards are built such as plum orchard, camellia orchard, and cherry orchard. A Tianjige Pavilion, 20 meters high, is built on the western hill, which is 106 meters above sea level.
