The tomb is a diamond shaped tomb cut out from a complete piece of granite. On its front, there is a bronze tomb tablet on which the words "the Tomb of Mr. Huang Keqiang" are inscribed. There is a fence around it and it is one of the largest tombs in the Yuelu Mountain. About 250 meters down to the right side of the tomb, a Hang Xing Mausoleum was built covering an area of 494.1 square meters, inside there is an exhibition hall of Huang's life story and his achievements.
