
Sheng'angui Lake, a key relic under state protection is located 16 km north of
Chengdu. It is the memorial place of the famous poet and scholar Yang Shen (alternative name: Sheng'an) of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). It covers an area of 46,500 square meters, including a lake of 16,500 square meters, and has over 20 scenic spots of traditional buildings and pavilions and ancient walls and so on.
