The garden, located on the east bank of the Shahe River opposite the Shudu Avenue of Chengdu city, covers an area of 28 hectares. It was previously the production base of nursery stock and renovated into a garden in 1985. There are over 100 varieties of bamboo in the garden which covers an area of 6 hectares. The garden is full of natural flavor.
