As of now it is the first urban ecological environmental garden centered on water in the world. With natural ecology as the theme, the garden comprises of a central park, sculptures and fountains, natural ecological river dam, relocated natural vegetation of the E'mei Mountain, the "Yellow Dragon Color Pool" with dozens of water plants and appreciative fishes.
