
The Jiguan Mountain Provincial Forest Garden at provincial level is located in Chongzhou, 108km from
Chengdu, between the scenic zones of Dujiang Dam-Qingcheng Mountain, Xiling Snow Mountains and Jiulong Ravine. The garden occupies an area of 13 square km, and is abundant in animal and botanical resources. It combines scenes of forest, animal, peaks and rocks, celestial sights, grasslands and ravines and streams. As there are pandas living here, so the garden is also known as "the Home of Pandas". It includes five tourist zones: the Xigu appreciation zone in the lower Baishi Ravine, the Basuping vocation zone, the Hongchou Hill expedition zone, the Fengmingwan forest zone, and the secondary forest appreciation zone in the upper Baishi Ravine.
A mountain path has been opened leading tourists to the fairy cave and Shijian rough in the upper Baishi Ravine.
